13.5" Oval Serving Platter

Offered for auction: A very neat colorful oval "serving platter " from Franciscan's American "Floral" pattern, in a lovely glossy glaze with green trim around the rim. This platter is listed at replacements.com as item 24839 (made 1971-77).

The coupe-shape plate (Mid-Century Modern) is 13.5 inches long by 11.5 inches wide. It is in very good to excellent condition, with no signs of wear or use (no cracks, chips, utensil marks, or other flaws). The multi-colored flowers in the center are richly shaped and very solid (no utensil marks or scraches).

The platter is stamped with a Franciscan Earthenware / Made in USA mark.
