University of Chicago Hospitals
	Who at UCH can register?
		Faculty, staff, and students of the University of Chicago Hospitals (University of Chicago Medical Centers) can register for classes. Payment must be by an interdepartmental form 62 or personal check, credit card, or cash. An invoice can be sent upon request prior to registering.
	Costs and Billing
		A special discount rate is available for University of Chicago Hospital employees: One-day class (6 hours): $88 (Microsoft, Corel, Adobe, Macromedia) Two-day class (12 hours): $176 (Intro to Microsoft Access) Special group training for up to 8 participants costs $650 (or $750 on-site). Discounts are not available for the special "Web Design Boot Camp." All classes run from 9:30 until 4:30.
