"Bountiful" Dinner
Plate
Offered for auction: A wonderful dinner plate from Myott & Son, Staffordshire, England. The pattern is called "Bountiful."
This large plate measures 10.5 inches wide across the swirled rim. It is in very good condition with little wear to the gorgeously colored floral basket. There are no chips, cracks, or flakes, and only light utensil wear. There is visible crazing around one side of the verge.
This plate is marked on the base with an underglaze stamp that reads: "Bountiful / Made in Staffordshire England by / Myott, Son & Co. Ltd. / All Underglaze Colours / Acid & Detergent Proof."
