October - Cosmos

Offered for auction: A lovely small plate from Royal Albert in the series "Flower of the Month." This plate is for October, and features the lovely pink and purple flowers of "cosmos." It has a fluted border with a green leaf border and gold trim.

The bone china plate measures 8.25 inches wide. It is in very good to excellent condition, with no flaws that I can find (no chips or cracks or crazing). There are no utensil marks or other signs of use.

The round plate has a clear mark that reads: "Royal Albert / Bone China / England / Flower of the Month Series / Cosmos." See photos at top for enlarged closeups.
