Hand-Turned Pottery from Texas
Mug, "From Texas with Love!"
Texas Blue Bonnets

A lovely hand-turned large mug marked Yesteryears / Hand Turned / Made in USA / Marshall, Texas. This vintage piece is hand decorated with dark blue and red lupines with spatterware (spongeware) around the rim. It carries the message, "From Texas with Love!" There is a signature in the lower right corner, which I can't decipher.

The mug measures about 3-7/8 inches at the rim, and 3-1/8 inches wide across the rim. It is in very good to excellent condition, with no flaws that I can see.

Blue lupines are Lupinus texensis, a bluebonnet, the state flower of Texas. Yesteryears comes from Marshall, Texas. Price: $12.00.
