Korea Pottery:
Lovely Dark Blue Ovoid Vase
Large White Clay Pottery in Excellent Condition

This wonderful example of contemporary Korean pottery from CDP is a lovely rich shade of glossy, dark blue, in a tall oval form. The vase measures a little over 7 inches in height and is about 4.5 inches at its widest (middle). It has an exposed white clay ring on the base, and a paper sticker that reads "Natural Whiteclay / Handcrafted / CDP."

The vase is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines, or crazing; any pits or bumps are original to the manufacturer. Please note that this piece is darker than my camera flash makes it show! It's actually a very dark marine-blue, as shown in the first photo at the top of the page. Price: $15.00.
