Computer Training @ Computer Resource Center

The Computer Resource Center, Inc. offers computer training and support for anyone needing to learn popular computer software. Our classes in Microsoft, Adobe, Macromedia, and other products will make you highly proficient as quickly as possible. We also provide on-site instruction.

Classes begin promptly at 9:30 and last until 4:30, with one person per computer. An instructor explains the agenda for the day, then leads the group through exercise after exercise, making sure everyone understands "why" each step is being taken; students are encouraged to ask questions that relate directly to their work, or even bring samples of their work to class.

The atmosphere is professional, yet personal. Dress is "business casual" and coffee is allowed in the classroom (though not food). You might want to bring a sweater, since computer rooms tend to be cool. Lunch break is from 12:30 until 1:30, and there are 10-minute breaks in the middle of the morning and afternoon.

Organizations with large numbers of people to be trained are encouraged to arrange special classes that can be set up at your convenience, and tailored to your need. Generally, these classes can be offered at a substantial discount.
